100% New
The pallets we offer are brand new. The delivery takes place directly from weather-protected warehouses in which the pallets are waiting for delivery after drying.
EPAL Certified
Our new Euro pallets come exclusively from certified manufacturers. The marking according to the UIC standard in connection with the technical regulations of the EPAL can be found as a brand mark in the oval on all four corner blocks.
IPPC Treated
The treatment according to IPPC-ISPM 15 is of course another quality feature of our pallets, which can therefore be used without restrictions in international goods traffic.
Quality Control
Our EPAL pallets are subject to independent quality control by external testing organizations. In this way, consistently high quality can be guaranteed.

As a rule, we offer you delivery via DAP. The lead time is approx. 5 working days.

Nail Pattern
The position of the 78 nails used is specified. The nails must have the largest possible distance to each other and at least 20 mm to the component edges within the framework of the building standard. They have a head marking consisting of two letters and must have been checked by a neutral testing institute.
Boards
The boards of the EPAL pallets must have a thickness between 22 and 24 mm (transverse boards up to 25 mm), must not have any wane and all bottom boards must be chamfered on the upper edges of both long sides.
Drying
When drying according to IPPC-ISPM 15, a core temperature of over 56 degrees Celsius is required, which must be maintained for at least 30 minutes. Potentially existing pests are killed and a final degree of drying of approx. 18% residual moisture is achieved.
Handling
4-sided trafficability and floorboards beveled on both sides enable highly effective handling during production, storage and transport in the entire supply chain. Compatible with all (common) standard load carriers, industrial trucks and storage systems.
